Team Gladiator Showed Up In VEGAS!
Last weekend was the American Cornhole League ACL Kickoff Battle in Las Vegas, Nevada, the first of 4 national tournaments for ACL Professional Cornhole Players this season. Pros travel from around the country to battle it out on the boards earning prize money and points that accumulate over the season while we head toward the ACL World Championships at the end of the season.
While enjoying Sin City, players know they are ultimately there to flex on the boards...and Team Gladiator showed up and showed out!
ADRIAN JOHNSON & LESTON ALLEN
ACL Pro Team Adrian Johnson and Leston Allen went to work on the boards. The first day of the tournament was singles. Tensions were high and players were finding their groove. Second day was doubles and Adrian and Leston finished the day with 10th in their bracket!
Both Adrian & Leston are currently using the Battle Cheetah Pro. Adrian also uses the Gladiator Cornhole Glove.
We are looking forward to seeing this team work this season all while keeping those bright smiles shining upon the cornhole universe!
MARK RICHARDS AND PHILIP LOPEZ JR
This is ACL Pro Mark Richards and ACL Pro Philip Lopez Jr first season playing at the pro level within the ACL. They went to Vegas hungry to make their mark (no pun intended) in a big way. Mark won his bracket in singles and finished tied for 3rd place and Philip landed 9th place out of all pro players! Moving into the second day they were ready for doubles and earned their 7th in their bracket.
Both Mark & Philip are currently using King Cheetah Pro VIII as their bag of choice.
These guys are making lots of noise in the industry and we can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings.
The rest of the season is scheduled out and we can't see what the future holds in store for our players!
