MEET AMERICAN CORNHOLE LEAGUE PRO LESTON ALLEN!

The 2022-2023 ACL Season marks Leston Allen’s 5th year as a professional cornhole league player. Leston made history in 2020 at the Wilmington, DE Pro shootout by being named the first African American in ACL history to win a Pro Shootout. He doesn’t plan on letting that be his only claim to the game.

Leston Allen is part of the ACL Mid-Atlantic Conference living in Maryland with his new wife, Brooke Allen. While also working full time, Leston has put in the dedication it takes to continually dominate the boards to maintain his pro status with the American Cornhole League. Putting in between 15-20 hours of practice on top of his full-time job, he is not letting anyone forget his name.

Leston first got introduced to cornhole at a cookout in 2015 and fell in love with the sport. His competitive nature got him started playing cornhole but soon realized after a company cookout where ACL Pro Timothy Pitcher also attended, he had some room to grow. After deciding to go pro he partnered with Timothy Pitcher and with their chemistry on and off the boards made them a dynamic team. In the 2021-2022 Timothy decided to take the year off as pro and Leston partnered up with ACL Pro Adrian Johnson and also joined Team Gladiator.

Leston & Adrian already had a friendship off the board so it was a natural transition to becoming professional cornhole partners. With a mutual respect for eachother, it allows them to hold each other accountable and push each other that much harder for success. Because they are both such positive players, they continue to light up the league with the best smiles and attitudes spreading the love for the game.
