cornhole players are passionate about their game so we encourage our customers to ask questions about their equipment and our polices. Below are some of the most common frequently asked questions we receive.

Cornhole Boards, Airmail Box, and Score Tower are built to order and requires different shipping timeframe from our regular 1-7 business days;

Cornhole Boards - 3-6 weeks
Airmail Box - 4-5 weeks
Score Tower - 4-5 weeks
Pitch Pad Pro - 4- 7 days for production

If the order is with Cornhole bags, the entire order will be shipped together.

If customer wants the bags to be shipped separately and ahead of the wood work items, there will be an additional fee of $9.95.

Customer must contact Customer Service using the below Contact us form or via* help@gladiatorcornholegear.com once purchase is made so we can send an additional shipping invoice for expedited bag shipping."

Cornhole bags: We are currently on a 1-3 Business Days processing time.**Please note: During busier times of the year (holidays) shipping times may be delayed.

Apparel items: can take up to 30 days to ship.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout.
When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

What if my order is damaged?

What do I get when I insure my order with Route+?

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/.


Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.

Does Route+ cover stolen items?
Yes!
When you insure your orders with Route+, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds. Please note, you will need a police report.

Is Route a licensed insurance company?
Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London."

Return Policy:

Cornhole Bags: For any returns or exchanges you must show proof of purchase from Gladiator Cornhole Gear (Original Order ID #). If purchased through a raffle (not including those we authorize coupon code for), refund/exchanges will not be honored.

No returns will be accepted for customized items. These are made based off of images provided to us from you.

Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.

For All Products:
If the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item (after authorization is granted) and bags must be in new condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price and shipping is non-refundable. If order is refused at time of delivery, order is still subject to 15% restock fee and shipping is non-fundable. A refund will be processed within 3 Business Days (Monday-Friday With Exception Of Holidays) of receipt.

*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with USPS or FedEx.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: We have denied returns for used/washed bags at which point the customer would be responsible to pay for shipping for the return of the used bags.

Its that nothing is perfect! If you should have an issue please see warranty terms below. If your issues fall in the outlined terms and you need to make a warranty claim, please email  help@gladiatorcornholegear.com with the following info:

Name, Order Number, Photo Of Issue

Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if claim is approved.

Cornhole Bags: Bags have a 90-Day warranty at the seam. Material punctures or other damages are deemed user-error. You must provide original proof of purchase to claim warranty and note - if purchased through a raffle not authorized by Gladiator Cornhole Gear, warranty is not honored.

*Snags are not covered under warranty. We encourage you not to play on rough boards or surfaces as these conditions DO cause snags (white lines on bags). These are generally cosmetic and do not effect game play.

*Any break-in method other then throwing voids any warranty

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

A smaller payment balance on the final paymentLess future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

We accept payment via Credit card, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, Diners Club and Coinbase Ecommerce.

Crypto currency accepted Coinbase Commerce at checkout Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin, Dai, and Dogecoin.

Credit cards accepted MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. This includes prepaid gift cards with the MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover logo on them.

We get this question a lot!

We are old school and think the best way to break in your bags are to throw them! Boiling, washing, drying can accelerate the break in process however it voids the warranty. We WILL know the difference when you submit photos so if you choose any other methods then throwing, you are doing so at your own risk.

Customization Guidelines:

Currently we offer customization on both ACL COMP & ACL PRO bags.

1. The custom image will be printed on inner ring logo of the stick side of the bag that has a 3'3 inches in diameter.

2. The color of the bags can't be customized, only the inside of the ring logo where your image will be printed.

3. Please contact Customer Support for logos with WHITE background.

4. If the logo has lettering, please take note that this will be printed on a textured fabric, so if the letters are too small or narrow, they will not be printed as clear as it is on paper.

5. Upload a high resolution file of the image to ensure good quality print.

We are not accepting customization on any other products at the moment. In the future we will open up options for other products so stay tuned for announcements when they become available!
