Since then we have watched the evolution and progression of teams rooted in regional pride, showcasing a blend of strategy, skill, and showmanship captivating audiences worldwide. As of the 2024 season, there are 16 main teams that compete fiercely across the national stage. The teams are formed through a draft system where captains select players based on skill, performance, and potential synergy. This ensures that each team has a unique blend of talents, making every matchup unpredictable and exhilarating.
ACL teams take the stage in various locations throughout the season, showcasing their skills in a series of scheduled events across the nation providing fans the opportunity to see the action live. These events lead up to the finals, where the stakes are higher and the competition more intense. The grand finale, the ACL World Championships, is the culmination of the season's hard-fought battles and is held at the ACL Headquarters in Rock Hill, SC
