Shipment processing time
Gladiator Cornhole Gear Cornhole bags: Allow 10-15 Business Days to ship. During busier times of the year (holidays) shipping times may be delayed.
Gladiator Cornhole Gear Cornhole Gloves or drawstring bags: within 48 hours of purchase to ship.
Shipping on any apparel items can take up to 30 days to ship.
Please note: orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GladiatorCornholeGear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen or Damages
GladiatorCornholeGear.com is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Once USPS/FEDEX tracking confirms delivered, Gladiator Cornhole Gear is no longer responsible for package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy: FOR RETURNS, MUST SUBMIT REQUEST TO: firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization
Cornhole Bags: For any returns or exchanges you must show proof of purchase from Gladiator Cornhole Gear (Original Order ID #). If purchased through a raffle (not including those we authorize coupon code for), refund/exchanges will not be honored.
No returns will be accepted for customized items. These are made based off of images provided to us from you.
Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.
If the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*
All returns must be in new condition
*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with USPS or FedEx.
Gloves: 1-60 days from purchase date: Full replacement via coupon code
60-90 days: 50% off code for new glove
90 days – no return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund or return is requested for any reason other than quality issues, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less 15% restock fee) or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Gladiator Cornhole Gear, 168 Highway 274 #310, Lake Wylie SC 29710, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
